The Upshift Coaching Experience
Step 1:
Discovery Call:
Our sales team will get to know you, and your development goals, and recommend a suitable coach based on your needs and package focus.
Step 2:
Coach Interview & Selection:
Interview your recommended coach to ensure a good fit based on their background, skills, and alignment with your chosen package content. Ask questions about their experience and coaching style in relation to your specific goals.
Step 3:
Onboarding:
Complete your coaching questionnaire and leadership assessments. Work with our Client Experience Team to schedule your first session with your coach.
Step 4:
First Session:
This extended 1-hour session focuses on building rapport, and understanding your goals and leadership aspirations within the chosen package context. You’ll explore commitments, review initial assessments, and discuss your specific coaching framework.
Step 5:
Ongoing Coaching Sessions:
Meet your coach twice a month for 30-minute sessions tailored to your chosen package. Review progress, discuss key leadership skills relevant to your focus (self-mastery, team dynamics, or organisational context), and set action plans with reflection exercises.
Step 6:
Final Session:
This extended 1-hour session reviews your key deliverables, celebrates your progress within your chosen package goals, and identifies key areas for continued growth beyond the program.
