Today we are going to talk about one of the most powerful tools for life planning: the Wheel of Life. What is the Wheel of Life? The Wheel of Life is a simple but effective tool that helps you assess your current level of satisfaction and fulfilment in different areas of your life. It also helps you identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and growth. It’s a great way to get a holistic and balanced view of your life and your leadership. The Wheel of Life consists of a circle divided into eight or more segments, each representing a different domain of your life. Some common domains are: You can customise the domains according to your preferences and needs. The idea is to cover all the aspects of your life that are important to you. To use the Wheel of Life, you need to rate your current level of satisfaction in each domain on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is very dissatisfied and 10 is very satisfied.
